Nilvo is a tracker for money that arrives without a plan: a first client invoice, a gig-app payout, a marketplace sale.

Nilvo exists for a single moment: a payment has just landed and nothing about it is decided yet. It is built to make that one decision easy to finish, not to run your whole financial life. So it chooses not to be a few things:
- Not a household budget. It sorts the money that comes in, one payment at a time, and leaves your spending alone.
- Not linked to your bank. You type in each payment yourself, so there is no account to connect and nothing is read from one.
- Not a forecast. It works with money that has already arrived, not money you expect.
Keeping it that narrow is the point. A small tool with one job is quick to open the moment a payment arrives, and that is when the sorting happens.

When a payment comes in, you log it. Then you assign it to categories you choose, such as taxes, business costs, savings, and personal spending, until what is left to sort reaches zero. What is left in personal is the part you can spend.

- Nilvo is a tracker for your own records. It does not hold, move, or connect to money, and it is not a bank, lender, payment processor, or money transmitter.
- Nilvo never gives tax advice.
- Every amount is yours to choose. Nilvo tracks what you choose to set aside; it does not tell you what you owe, and nothing in it is tax, legal, investment, or accounting advice.
- Nilvo never sells your phone number.
- If you opt in to texts, your number is used only to send you Nilvo Tips. It is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else for their marketing.
- Nilvo never texts you unless you opt in.
- Nilvo Tips are marketing texts with tips for tracking new income, sent only if you check the box at the foot of a page. You can join or skip them whether or not you have an account or pay for Plus. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
