Nilvo

Log it, sort it, land at zero.

Nilvo does one job. When a payment lands, you write it down, give every dollar a place, and stop when nothing is left to sort. Then you spend what is yours.

  1. A payment, logged

Log each payment when it lands: the amount, the source, and the day it arrived. Nothing else is needed, and Nilvo never asks for your bank login.

A gig payout, a client invoice, a sale: each one gets its own line, so no payment goes untracked.

  2. Every dollar, assigned

Split the payment across your categories. Each category is a dish: as you give it an amount, it fills, and the amount left to sort counts down.

You choose every amount. Nilvo keeps the arithmetic straight and shows what is still loose.

Tap a category in the panel above these stepsbeside these steps to take its amount out or put it back.

  3. The list, at zero

Zero-based means every dollar gets a job before you spend any of it. You keep sorting until the amount left to sort reads $0.00. What sits in Personal is then yours to spend, and nothing else is quietly spoken for.

  4. More than one source, sorted

Paid by an app, a client, and a marketplace in the same week? Log each payment on its own and sort it into the same categories. The dishes add up across all of them.

Example: three payments, one set of categories

    • A client invoice$600

      Taxes $130, Business costs $45, Savings $125, Personal $300

    • An app payout$340

      Taxes $85, Business costs $40, Savings $50, Personal $165

    • A marketplace sale$48

      Taxes $9, Business costs $14, Savings $6, Personal $19

    Savings

  5. The month, summarized

With Plus, $9 a month or $90 a year, Nilvo keeps a monthly summary of where your payments went across a longer history, so you can see how each category has filled over time. Plus also adds more categories and saved templates for sources that pay you again and again.

The free plan is complete without it: log, assign, land at zero, for as long as you like.

  6. What Nilvo never does

    • Never holds, moves, or connects to your money. It is not a bank, lender, payment processor, or money transmitter.
    • Never prepares a tax return and never tells you what you owe. Nilvo tracks what you choose to set aside.
    • Never gives tax, legal, investment, or accounting advice. Category amounts are yours to choose.

You choose the amounts. Nilvo keeps the list, never the money.

Sort your next payment.

Free for as long as you like, and complete on its own. Nilvo never asks for a bank connection.
