2. Nature of Services
Nilvo is a zero-based income tracker for people starting a new freelance, gig, or marketplace income stream: you log each payment and assign every dollar to a category until nothing is left unassigned.
When you log a payment, such as a client invoice, a gig-app payout, or a marketplace sale, Nilvo helps you split it across categories you choose, such as taxes, business costs, savings, and personal spending, until the unassigned balance reaches zero.
The free plan includes logging payments and assigning them to a basic set of categories. The paid Plus plan, $9 a month or $90 a year, adds more categories, saved category templates for recurring income sources, and a monthly summary of allocations across a longer history.
Nilvo is a tracking and organizational tool for your own records. Nilvo does not process, hold, transmit, or have custody of any funds, does not connect to or move money in your accounts, does not extend credit, and is not a bank, lender, payment processor, or money transmitter.
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Prices are shown before you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the period you paid for.
3. Financial Tracking Disclaimer
Nilvo is not a financial advisor, tax preparer, certified public accountant, bank, or broker-dealer. Nothing in the Services, including category names, suggested categories, amounts you assign, or summaries, is tax, legal, investment, accounting, or financial advice.
Every amount in Nilvo is entered and chosen by you, and Nilvo does not verify it. Nilvo does not tell you what you owe in taxes or what you should set aside. You are responsible for your own tax returns, business decisions, and financial records, and should consult a licensed professional for advice about your situation.
Nilvo makes no promise of any income, savings, or tax outcome. Examples on this website, including the $340 example payment and its split, are illustrations only.
4. Accounts and Plans
You may use the free plan for as long as you like. Plus is billed either monthly at $9 a month or annually at $90 a year, until you cancel. You can cancel Plus at any time from your account; it keeps working through the last day of the month or year you paid for, and your account then returns to the free plan with your logged payments kept. Canceling an annual plan partway through the year does not refund the remaining months.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your sign-in details private.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Nilvo Technologies Inc. website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Nilvo Technologies Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

After you send STOP, we will send a one-time message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Supported Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Google Voice, Cellular One, Cellcom, Cellular South, Interop, and Clearsky. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
